Delivery information
As listed we aim to dispatch the same day that payment is confirmed, should this not be possible due to any reason, your item will be dispatched the next day.
Please note: For international postage, orders usually arrive within 5 days of dispatch but may take longer. Depending on the cost of your order, it may be subject to charges when being processed by customs.
Return policy
Unfortunately we do not accept returns on items due to health and hygiene unless the item(s) are still in the original packaging and haven't been used, we are sorry for any inconvenience.

Same day dispatch policy
Once payment has been confirmed, orders that are placed before 5PM (GMT) will be eligible for same day dispatch. This policy only applies Monday to Friday during the hours specified. Orders placed after 5PM (GMT) Monday to Friday will be dispatched the next day. Guaranteed!
Orders placed outside opening hours (Saturday - Sunday)
For your convenience we do our best to dispatch orders on the same day, but unfortunately we can't offer this as a guarantee. Should it not be possible to dispatch your order the same day your order will be dispatched on the next working day.

Get Notified
Our Get Notified scheme requires a deposit of £2 or equivalent for goods valued at £2 or more in order for the request to be successful. This deposit does not offer a guarantee of the requested products and is non-refundable unless another customer purchases the products you requested. If this should happen we will email you notifying you of the situation and you will be offered either to receive a refund of your deposit or have the products reordered for you.
